If you call or text the practice line, your phone number and the contents of your call or message are kept in Edith’s phone records.
If you book a session, Edith will keep simple records of dates, location, and amount paid. Payment itself is processed by a third party (currently Square or Zelle) — Edith never sees or stores your full card information.
That is the entire list. Your information is not sold, shared, traded, given to advertisers, fed into a marketing tool, or used to train any model.
What you say to Edith in a session is confidential. Edith does not record sessions, and she does not keep clinical notes. Names and details are not shared with other clients, family members, or anyone else without your explicit permission.
There are two narrow exceptions, both required by law:
Works by Love is grief counseling and practical support — it is not licensed psychotherapy or medical care. The same legal protections that apply to a licensed therapist may not apply here. If that distinction matters to you, please ask before booking.
This website uses minimal cookies. There is no advertising, no third-party tracking, and no behavioral profiling. Basic, anonymous traffic statistics may be collected (page views, referrer, browser type) to understand whether the site is working.
